Wyoming OSHA Continuing Education

This course is designed for construction workers, foremen, job supervisors, and anyone involved in the Training Program courses as an orientation to occupational safety and health in the construction industry.

 

This course is ideal for supervisors with safety and health responsibilities, and for employee safety and health awareness. Students will be introduced to OSHA policies, procedures and standards as well as general industry safety and health principles covered in OSHA Act Part 1910.

 

This course covers broad issues pertaining to hazard recognition at work sites.

 

The OSHA 30 Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training course is a comprehensive safety program designed for anyone involved in the construction industry. Specifically devised for safety directors, foremen, and field supervisors; the program provides complete information on OSHA compliance issues. OSHA recommends Outreach Training Programs as an orientation to occupational safety and health for workers covered by OSHA 29 CFR 1926.

 

The OSHA 30 Hour General Industry Outreach Training course is a comprehensive safety program designed for anyone involved in general industry.

 

This course covers broad issues pertaining to the hazard recognition at work sites.

 

This course is designed as a yearly refresher for the 40 and the 24 hour Hazwoper course.

 

This course presents material on the safe operation of powered industrial trucks, also known as fork trucks, lift trucks or forklifts. Among material handling equipment, none are as common as the forklift.

 

This course is based on the recognized assessment specification OHSAS 18000.

 

This course has been designed to provide basic knowledge about the environment, environment management systems (EMS), ISO 14000, the relation between ISO 9000 and 14000, the integration of ISO 14001 and 9001, and the requirements of ISO 14001.

 

Electrical power is a dangerous force that requires proper understanding in the workplace. This course defines the requirements for work practices that workers should use to avoid injury from a release of electrical energy when performing tasks involving electrical power.
